Traditional, full-service family law representation is all encompassing, meaning the full-service attorney you hire will typically be responsible for case strategy, drafting, filing and serving court paperwork, and communicating with opposing counsel and the court. Full-service representation has many advantages, but one significant disadvantage. It’s expensive. Very expensive.
Our office exclusively offers affordable project, or limited-scope, services designed to help self-represented litigants when and where they need it most without the need for a retainer or an ongoing financial commitment. Our working video-conference sessions are offered to litigants across California.
